If you already own the DLC on Xbox 360, you should be able to install it again on Xbox One. The two expansion levels, Beneath the Ashes and Lara's Shadow, are also backward compatible, as are the various costume packs. You will then be able to launch the game from the Home screen or My games & apps.
Once the update is complete, your console should restart automatically. To check the progress of the download, press the Guide button ("X" logo in the upper middle of the controller), select Guide from the menu on the left side of the screen, then "Games & apps," then "Queue."
